{"id":7,"date":"2023-02-13T08:58:21","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T08:58:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/test-fachousing\/?page_id=7"},"modified":"2025-01-29T19:17:53","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T19:17:53","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/fachousing\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"pb-4\"><strong>Aloha!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The University Housing (formerly known as Faculty Housing) program would like to welcome you to the University of Hawai\u02bbi community and offer our assistance in your transition to living in Honolulu.<\/p>\n<p>Our program is designed to provide our available housing resources to new UH employees during their initial years at the university.<\/p>\n<p>The three University Housing properties are conveniently located near the M\u0101noa campus and provide opportunity for you to interact with other university families, as well as with our gracious neighboring communities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/fachousing\/waahila\/\">Wa\u02bbahila Apartments<\/a><\/strong> are situated closest to the main campus with views from some units of Diamond Head.<\/li>\n<li>Both <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/fachousing\/kauiokahaloa-nui\/\">Kau\u02bbiokahaloa Nui Apartments<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/fachousing\/kauiokahaloa-iki\/\">Kau\u02bbiokahaloa Iki Condominiums<\/a><\/strong> are deeper in verdant M\u0101noa Valley and one block from a shopping complex. (&#8220;Nui&#8221; is Hawaiian for &#8220;big&#8221;; &#8220;iki&#8221; for &#8220;small.&#8221;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please explore our website to learn more about the properties and the application process.
