On Friday, June 26, environmental law experts, jurists and scholars met at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa for a symposium discussing Hawaiʻi’s newly established environmental court, which will begin operation on July 1. The panel addressed questions about the court and its jurisdiction as well as its potential impact in Hawaiʻi.
