Entry form should be available until the deadline day which is November 1st.
I am submitting a photo of my dog and do not know what else I should have included since I do not have the entry form.
This is the first time I am entering and I am very disappointed that I cannot find the form. Despite the circumstances, I will give it a try – thanks!
