There is a lot of man hours at the campus level that goes into “entering” this information into the “academic record” and I know for a fact, that the person doing so also never got any added support and was not able to put in for overtime pay for doing this extra work, even when coming in after hours to finish, in addition to other work duties…this was just added on top of it. This is a misrepresentation of “actual facts” and what the folks in the “trenches” have to go through in order to make the institution “look good.” There is a definite disconnect here and no support from the administration.
