Color spectrum is quite different on Mars, so it will be very interesting to see how absence on full Earth spectrum affecting people. Just put a red foil on helmets and habitat’s windows.
All the Best for whole Team.

I,m thinking new equipment as tech advance, interior layout or even the colour on the inside that might have an psychological effect. 2) I know it is impossible to issue million dollar suits to the team but is there not experimental equipment regarding EVAs that they can use other than fishbowls and hardware piping?

The team will have it easy, the real trip will be a sickening (more or less) 7 months there and say a 2 year stay not to speak of the return flight.

Wishing the team all the best.

To what extent have you managed to close the food production/consumption/recycling loop? Are you planning to do any better than the 2016 mission in this respect, and how long might it take before you are able to replicate the qualified success of the 1990s Biosphere 2 as to food self-sufficiency? Clearly this is of intense interest for future settlements both off Earth and on it.
