University of Hawaiʻi at 惭ā苍辞补 tennis player Timothy Li earned Big West Player of the Week honors after going 2-0 in both singles and doubles in three road matches. This is Li’s first career weekly award.
In 东精影业 惭ā苍辞补’s Big West opener at UC Riverside, Li defeated Ivaylo Simeonov in straight sets on the No. 2 singles court. At Northern Arizona, Li paired with Kosuke Nakanishi to earn a 6-0 decision against Vincent Vohl and Takumi Katsuda in No. 1 doubles.
In a battle at Grand Canyon, Li and Nakanishi took down Daniel Jankoski and Brice Patoux in a tiebreaker in No. 1 doubles. Li also got the win in No. 2 singles in straight sets over Andreas Loizas.
