Honolulu Community College’s Fashion Technology Program presented “A Night at the Museum,” a live student fashion show

  • The annual show highlights the creativity, technical skill and vision of the program’s emerging designers. 
  • The highlight of the evening was the featured senior collections of seven graduating students.
  • Honolulu CC’s Fashion Technology program is the only technical fashion program in Honolulu offering comprehensive industry training, from power sewing operator to pattern maker and designer. 
  • Students receive hands-on instruction in clothing construction, industrial sewing, pattern making, textiles, fashion sketching, textile art, computerized grading and marker making.
  • The program combines instructional theory with practical projects and training on high-tech industry equipment and software used in professional fashion production and design.
  • Honolulu CC is recognized as one of Hawai驶i’s premier career and technical training institutions, offering more than 30 academic programs in construction and trades, creative services, human services, arts and sciences, public safety, technology and design, and transportation and maintenance.
