Against the Sunbirds, she had 13 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Additionally, Kawaha hit key free throws that aided the 63-51 victory. Against Point Loma, she had a season-high 20 points and hit two major three-pointers as the Vulcans took the lead. For the week, Kawaha earned 40 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sasa Vuksanovic<\/strong> also played great games in the opening homestands. Against Biola, Vuksanovic had a career-high 26 points while also grabbing four rebounds and handing out four assists. The junior center had 13 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in a 82-73 victory over Fresno Pacific, and he added 16 points, 3 boards and 4 assists in a loss to Point Loma.
