The service is free to the patient or only charged to their insurance (no-copay). <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/covidhawaii.info\">Visit <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> UTeleHealth<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The screening tool was developed by the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> at M\u0101noa <a href=\"http:\/\/jabsom.hawaii.edu\">John A. Burns School of Medicine<\/a> (<abbr>JABSOM<\/abbr>) in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telehealthresourcecenter.org\/pbtrc\/\">Pacific Basin Telehealth Resource Center<\/a> in the <abbr title=\"东精影业\">东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa College of Social Sciences. During that time, Withy said, the tool can connect anyone to a telehealth provider in as quickly as two minutes. <\/p>\n<p>The website also lists testing locations and links to other general information. At the beginning of the online screener, it will direct patients to call 911 or their hospital if they are experiencing potentially life-threatening symptoms. Otherwise, the next set of questions will ask the patient if they are having symptoms that could indicate infection with COVID-19.
