The show garnered nine wins at the 41st annual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tellyawards.com\/\">Telly Awards<\/a>, bringing its Telly Award total to 30 wins within seven seasons.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Our Telly Awards are really a tribute to the people we profile&#8212;their knowledge, passion and creativity,&rdquo; said <abbr title=\"东精影业\">东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa Professor <strong>Kanesa Duncan Seraphin<\/strong>, who is the series producer and host. &ldquo;We are privileged to share their stories.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Telly Awards honor the very best in local, regional and cable television, as well as online commercials, videos and films. episode<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The series won a Gold Telly in educational television for the episode &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/seagrant.soest.hawaii.edu\/exports-sally-ride\/\">EXPORTS: On Board the Sally Ride<\/a>,&rdquo; which explored the EXPORTS research project that seeks to explain how carbon moves from the atmosphere to the deep ocean in order to more accurately predict future climate conditions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the gold, <em>Voice of the Sea<\/em> had four silver Telly Award winning episodes and four bronze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Silver Telly Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/seagrant.soest.hawaii.edu\/wai-maoli\/\">Wai Maoli: <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Fresh Water Initiative<\/a>&rdquo;
