Contestants, ages 12&#8211;18, created videos demonstrating a healthy recipe along with a photo of their completed dish featuring a locally-sourced ingredient. Both 4-H members and non-members were eligible.<\/p>\n<p>High school winners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emma Ching (<span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span>) for her Citrus Asian Mahi Medley<\/li>\n<li>Luke de la Pena (<span aria-label=\"Kauai\">Kaua&#699;i<\/span>) for his Green Papaya Salad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Middle school winner:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sophia Kato (Maui) for her Mango Salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Runners-up:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prince Baltero (<span aria-label=\"Lanai\">L\u0101na&#699;i<\/span>) for his Banana Blossoms Fishballs<\/li>\n<li>Liliana Dutcher (<span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span>) for her Banana Macadamia Nut Crisp<\/li>\n<li>Ramsey Hillen (Maui) for his Hawaiian-Style Poke and Steamed Kalo<\/li>\n<li>Charlize Kenney (<span aria-label=\"Kauai\">Kaua&#699;i<\/span>) for her Kalua Pork Taro Hash Patties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The winners received cash prizes provided by The Ardis Tanaka Foods and Nutrition Project and a culinary knife set. Runners-up received a culinary knife set.<\/p>\n<p>The contest was a collaboration between <abbr>CTAHR<\/abbr>\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/ctahr\/4h\/\">4-H Youth Development and GET Local Healthy Food Systems<\/a> programs and was supported with resources from the <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/ctahr\/getlocal\/\"><abbr title=\"东精影业\">东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa Extension GET Local program<\/a>.
