A smaller number of applicants able to serve part-time (at least 20 hours per week) will be considered.<\/p>\n<p>These contact tracers will provide the supplemental workforce capacity to identify and facilitate isolating individuals who are sick or have been exposed to someone with <abbr>COVID-19<\/abbr>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/go.hawaii.edu\/AYD\">Sign up here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&ldquo;Given the state\u2019s reopening and rise in <abbr>COVID-19<\/abbr> cases, our partnership will serve <abbr>DOH<\/abbr> and the people of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> by providing the needed contact tracing training programs,&rdquo; said <strong>Aimee Grace<\/strong>, <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> program lead and director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/news\/2019\/08\/20\/uhealthy-hawaii\/\">东精影业ealthy <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Initiative<\/a>. &ldquo;We are now specifically seeking clinical healthcare professionals who are available to be activated by <abbr>DOH<\/abbr> full-time as contact tracers.&rdquo;  <\/p>\n<p>The <abbr>东精影业-DOH<\/abbr> program <a href=\"http:\/\/go.hawaii.edu\/AYD\">has reopened registration<\/a> for Track 1: Contact Tracing Training for Clinical Healthcare Professional to meet this urgent need. The free, accelerated, one-and-a-half day online training course is open to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered nurses<\/li>\n<li>Nurse practitioners<\/li>\n<li>Social workers<\/li>\n<li>Pharmacists<\/li>\n<li>Physicians<\/li>\n<li>Physician assistants<\/li>\n<li>Emergency medical technicians (<abbr>EMT<\/abbr>s)<\/li>\n<li>Paramedics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> is providing the contact tracing training as part of the partnership, <abbr>DOH<\/abbr> will activate and manage any needed contact tracers.
