Greenwood is joined by, from left, Honolulu <abbr>CC<\/abbr> Chancellor Erika Lacro, <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr> Chancellor Leon Richards, Leeward <abbr>CC<\/abbr> Chancellor Manny Cabral, <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M&#257;noa Chancellor Tom Apple, Windward <abbr>CC<\/abbr> Chancellor Doug Dykstra and <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> West <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> Chancellor Gene Awakuni to celebrate the university&#8217;s 2012 <abbr>AUW<\/abbr> Campaign.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> 2012 Aloha United Way campaign for <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> campuses was held September 5&#8211;October 5, 2012.<\/p>\n<p>A variety of fundraisers and activities were coordinated by the campuses this year, including bake sales, cookbook sales, silent auctions and much more.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of the dedicated effort of faculty, staff and students, approximately $348,024 was raised during the campaign period.<\/p>\n<p>The annual UH Aloha United Way campaign is the university community&#8217;s opportunity to make an impact on the families who rely on the programs run by Aloha United Way partner agencies.<\/p>\n<p>For over 90 years, Aloha United Way has served as a fundraiser for <span aria-label=\"Oahu\">O&#699;ahu<\/span> non-profits and as an agency that mobilizes the caring power of the community to make a difference in people&#8217;s lives.
