A total of 15 <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa programs were ranked, including two others that earned top 100 marks.<\/p>\n<p><abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa was one of the approximately 1,800 universities in 93 countries selected by <abbr>GRAS<\/abbr> out of more than 26,000 colleges and universities to be considered for the annual ranking. The criteria include research output, research influence, international collaboration, research quality and international academic awards.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The rankings are a testament to the continued excellence demonstrated by our faculty, staff and students, affirming our position as one of the top universities in the world,&rdquo; <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa Provost <strong>Michael Bruno<\/strong> said. &ldquo;It is an important reminder of the value <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa brings to <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> as the flagship university of the state\u02bbs public higher education system.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<h2>Subject rankings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Atmospheric science: 15<\/li>\n<li>Oceanography: 16<\/li>\n<li>Hospitality and tourism management: 50<\/li>\n<li>Communication: 51&#8211;75<\/li>\n<li>Earth sciences: 51&#8211;75<\/li>\n<li>Ecology: 101&#8211;150<\/li>\n<li>Education: 151&#8211;200<\/li>\n<li>Business administration: 201&#8211;300<\/li>\n<li>Environmental science and engineering: 201&#8211;300<\/li>\n<li>Geography: 201&#8211;300<\/li>\n<li>Political science: 201&#8211;300<\/li>\n<li>Human biological sciences: 301&#8211;400<\/li>\n<li>Biological sciences: 401&#8211;500<\/li>\n<li>Psychology: 401&#8211;500<\/li>\n<li>Public health: 401&#8211;500<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Academic Ranking of World Universities<\/h2>\n<p><abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa earned a No. 95&#8211;114 ranking in the U.S. and <abbr>No<\/abbr>. 301&#8211;400 worldwide in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shanghairanking.com\/rankings\/arwu\/2020\">2020 Academic Ranking of World Universities<\/a> also by the Shanghai Ranking Consultancy, released in June 2020.
