This year&#8217;s theme is Pass It On.<\/p>\n<p>Joining hundreds of libraries, archives and museums across the country for Preservation Week, Hamilton Library will provide information and expertise to the public on how to preserve books, scrapbooks, photos, family records and much more.<\/p>\n<p>Preservation Week activities in <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> have been spearheaded by graduate students in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/lis\/\">Library and Information Science Program<\/a> at <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> M&#257;noa.<\/p>\n<ul>Activities include:<\/p>\n<li>A paper and book clinic where the public can bring a treasure for assessment by the <a href=\"http:\/\/library.manoa.hawaii.edu\/departments\/preservation\/index.html\">preservation department<\/a> staff, assisted by conservation students.
