The <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Promise Scholarship provides free in-state tuition for qualified <a href=\"https:\/\/uhcc.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr title=\"东精影业\">东精影业<\/abbr> community college<\/a> students who need financial help to pay for college.<\/p>\n<p>For eligible students, <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Promise provides money from <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> and the State of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> to cover education costs&#8212;such as tuition, fees and books&#8212;that are not met by other forms of financial aid. The <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Promise Scholarship helps students, including me, achieve that goal of attending college, and possibly attaining a degree in a major I love.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In order to be considered for the <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Promise Scholarship this fall, students need to be a <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> resident and qualify for in-state tuition. Students must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/tuition\/financial-aid\/\"><abbr>FAFSA<\/abbr><\/a>.
