The <abbr>CDUP<\/abbr> for <abbr>CSO<\/abbr> sets the terms and conditions required for decommissioning. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cso.caltech.edu\/wiki\/cso\/outreach\/outreach\">Copies of the <abbr>CDUP<\/abbr>, the Final Environmental Assessment, Site Decommissioning Plan, and other planning documents are available on the Caltech\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the process, <abbr>CSO<\/abbr> has completed an archeological assessment, a cultural setting analysis, a hydrogeological evaluation, a biological inventory, a biological setting analysis, a traffic analysis and an asbestos\/lead paint\/mold survey, as required by the <abbr title=\"东精影业\">东精影业<\/abbr> Decommissioning Subplan.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Hilo H\u014dk\u016b <span aria-label=\"Kea\">Ke&#699;a<\/span> Observatory is currently finalizing its permit application to begin its deconstruction portion of the decommissioning project that is tentatively scheduled to be completed in late 2023.
