The <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> community college system consists of seven community colleges statewide&#8212;<span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr>, Honolulu <abbr>CC<\/abbr>, <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr>, <span aria-label=\"Kauai\">Kaua&#699;i<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr>, Leeward <abbr>CC<\/abbr>, <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Maui College and Windward <abbr>CC<\/abbr>.<\/p>\n<p>The personal finance website said the ranking was based on an analysis of the <a href=\"https:\/\/wallethub.com\/edu\/best-worst-community-colleges\/15076\">2022\u2019s Best &#038; Worst Community Colleges<\/a>, a sample of 677 institutions and 19 key metrics including tuition cost, transfer rates, student loan defaults and the presence of free community college education.<\/p>\n<p>Connecticut, Maryland, New Mexico and Washington ranked No. 1&#8211;4, respectively out of the 41 states ranked.
