Five student-athletes from the University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> at Mānoa track and field team<\/a> were named to the 2022–23 Academic All-District Women\u2019s Track and Field\/Cross Country team. Anna Marx, Caelan Miller, Sophia Morgan, Tierra Sydnor and Lilian Turban were selected for the honor by the College Sports Communicators (CSC<\/abbr>).<\/p>\n

In order to be eligible, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale). All student-athletes who meet the requirements can be named to the at-large all-district team; however, schools are limited to just five honorees.<\/p>\n

All five will now have the opportunity to be voted into the CSC<\/abbr> Academic All-District First, Second or Third Academic All-American teams. Those results will be announced at the end of June.<\/p>\n
