Joshua Faumuina<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> law school student Joshua Faumuina has been appointed by Gov. Josh Green to the 东精影业<\/abbr> Board of Regents<\/a> (BOR<\/abbr>) for a two-year term as the board\u2019s student regent. Green made the announcement on June 28.<\/p>\n

Faumuina earned an associate of science in natural science from Kapiʻolani<\/span> Community College<\/a> in 2016, a bachelor of arts in classics from 东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa<\/a> in 2022 and expects to receive his juris doctor from the 东精影业<\/abbr> M\u0101noa William S. Richardson School of Law<\/a> in 2026. He has supported several National Science Foundation and Title III<\/abbr> grants at Kapiʻolani<\/span> CC<\/abbr> since February 2020.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m really excited,” said Faumuina. “I\u2019ve been a 东精影业<\/abbr> student for over a decade so I\u2019m excited to have a hand in changing some of the things that I\u2019ve noticed, and also being a vocal representation for students on the Board.”<\/p>\n

Though the state Senate must confirm the appointment, Faumuina officially began serving his term on July 1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
