Kick off the school year with the student-designed 2024 HI Pride T-shirt from the University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> Bookstores<\/a>. This year\u2019s HI Pride T-Shirt Design Contest winner is Kapiʻolani<\/span> Community College student Jessica Mauricio.<\/p>\n

Mauricio received 380 votes for her design, which depicts leaves surrounding HI Pride in the design. “The tropical plants in the design represent a little of what makes Hawaiʻi<\/span> beautiful, and how we can show that beauty from the inside out,” she said.<\/p>\n

HI Pride Student Sale<\/h2>\n

Students with a valid 东精影业<\/abbr> ID<\/abbr> are eligible for a discount on the first shirt they purchase. This year, the 2024 HI Pride shirts will be available in four colors: black, white, green, and tan. The shirts will be available in all 东精影业<\/abbr> Bookstores and online<\/a> from the week of August 12.<\/p>\n

The annual HI Pride T-Shirt Design Contest—now in its 13th year—is held in the spring and open to all 东精影业<\/abbr> students, who are asked to submit designs that show what HI Pride (or Hawaiʻi<\/span> Pride) means to them. Semi-finalist designs are put online for a public vote.<\/p>\n
