When you head to Starbucks at Campus Center at the University of Hawaiʻi<\/span> at M\u0101noa for your latte or sandwich you will be walking into a new experience.<\/p>\n

Starbucks will reopen on Monday, August 19, newly renovated over the summer and featuring a new interior design, nitro cold brew, convenient mobile order pickup window, and a vibrant mural by Punky Aloha Studio.<\/p>\n

The Starbucks at Campus Center<\/a> will have modified hours of 7 a.m.–5 p.m. for Welcome Week and will offer samples and other promotions throughout the first two weeks of operations. Regular operating hours for the store will be Monday through Thursday 6 a.m.–10 p.m., and Friday 6 a.m.–5 p.m.<\/p>\n

A mobile order pickup window has been installed on the Diamond Head side of the store to help to reduce crowding inside the location. Customers can place a mobile order through the Starbucks app and take advantage of Starbucks promotions, earn stars, and redeem Starbucks rewards.<\/p>\n

In-store payment options include Meal Plan Points and Dining Dollars, cash, credit\/debit cards and Starbucks gift cards. Customers on meal plans who would like to pay with meal swipe equivalency must place a mobile order through the GRUBHUB App.<\/p>\n

Punky Aloha vibes<\/h2>\n

The new vibrant mural by local artist Shar Tuiasoa of Punky Aloha Studios is a colorful focal point of the store. Tuiasoa is a freelance illustrator based in Kailua who has created murals for several other Starbucks locations.<\/p>\n

“This art piece weaves together the rich culture of M\u0101noa, past and present, through a fresh and modern lens using a bold color palette and whimsical composition to add joy to this special place where students congregate every day,” Tuiasoa said.<\/p>\n
