The watch list is composed of 96 players from 37 different Football Bowl Subdivision schools.<\/p>\n<p>This year marks the fourth time that Panoke was named to the watch list, while Muasau was selected for the second straight year.<\/p>\n<p>Five finalists will be unveiled on December 3, and the winner will be announced on December 17.
