Now in its 14th year, the award celebrates the &ldquo;electrifying talents of players who excel on punt and kickoff returns.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Hines, <abbr title=\"东精影业\">东精影业<\/abbr>\u2019s returner for both punts and kickoffs, is sixth nationally and first in the Mountain West with 344 combined return yards (223 kickoff, 121 punt). He has one punt return touchdown, which he recorded in <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr>\u2019s season-opening win over Delaware State.<\/p>\n<p>The award is named in honor of Johnny &ldquo;The Jet&rdquo; Rodgers, who won the 1972 Heisman Trophy and was named to the College Football Hall of Fame.
