The laboratory conducts innovative research addressing some of today\u2019s most pressing challenges, including renewable energy, sea-level rise, cybersecurity, underwater munitions detection and coral reef ecology.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Applied Research Laboratory at <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> is not only tackling critical challenges that impact <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> and the world, but it\u2019s also paving the way for <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span>\u2019s students to lead in high-tech fields,&rdquo; said <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Vice President for Research and Innovation Vassilis L.
