Watch her entire speech in the video above.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Johnsrud was speaking November 1 at the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/offices\/bor\/\">Board of Regents<\/a> sponsored forum on the cost of public higher education during a time when state funding is declining across the country. <\/p>\n<p>Panelists, guest speakers and invited participants discussed what drives the cost of education, how productive <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> campuses are comparatively, how colleges can be more cost effective and how the <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> can better meet the needs of the community.<\/p>\n<p>Invited participants included members of the <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Board of Regents, former regents, state lawmakers and the <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> and business communities.
