Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship<\/a> provides a unique educational experience to students who have an interest in ocean, coastal and Great Lakes resources and in the national policy decisions affecting those resources.<\/p>\n<p>The program, which is sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noaa.gov\/\">National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration&#8217;s<\/a> National Sea Grant College Program, matches highly qualified graduate students with &#8220;hosts&#8221; in the legislative and executive branches of government located in the Washington, D.C. area, for a one-year paid fellowship beginning February 1, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline for all applications is Friday, February 13, 2015, 5 p.m. in the <a href=\"http:\/\/seagrant.soest.hawaii.edu\/\"><abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Sea Grant College Program<\/a> Office, <abbr title=\"Hawaii Institute of Geophysics\">HIG<\/abbr> 238<\/p>\n<p>Contact <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Sea Grant College Program at (808) 956-7031 for more information or visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/seagrant.soest.hawaii.edu\/fellowship-opportunities\">program&#8217;s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Dean John A.
