This signature event on Thursday, March 12 raises funds to support the students and educational efforts in the culinary arts and hospitality and tourism programs at <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr>.<\/p>\n<p><span aria-label=\"Hookipa\">Ho\u02bbokipa<\/span> Night 2015 will honor Pamela Young and Gary Sprinkle for their generous and tireless support to <span aria-label=\"Kapiolani\">Kapi&#699;olani<\/span> <abbr>CC<\/abbr>. <\/p>\n<p>The evening will showcase gourmet selections presented by guest celebrity chef Rafael Lunetta of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jirafferestaurant.com\/\">JiRaffe Restaurant<\/a> in Santa Monica, California, and guest alumnus <strong>Yuhi Fujinaga<\/strong>, executive chef of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.patinagroup.com\/restaurant.php?restaurants_id=31\">Sea Grille<\/a> at the Rockefeller Center in New York. Trained under some of the world&#8217;s culinary masters and in the best kitchens, these guest chefs will deliver a memorable dining experience.<\/p>\n<h2><span aria-label=\"Hookipa\">Ho\u02bbokipa<\/span> Night event information<\/h2>\n<p>The event will be held in the Kal&#257;kaua Ballroom at the <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Convention Center. There will be a 5:30 p.m. cocktail reception with gourmet action food stations, followed by a 6:30 p.m. multi-course dinner with wine pairings. And, the ever-popular live and silent auctions with fantastic items and services will again be offered.
