The rocket had been scheduled to launch this morning from NASA&#8217;s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. <\/p>\n<p>The poor weather conditions included rain, wind and rough seas. The principal investigator for today&#8217;s launch, Chris Koehler, congratulated the group on their &ldquo;first scrub.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The rocket launch has been rescheduled for 6 a.m. EST on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, when weather conditions look much more promising.
