Fan<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In a newly published <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/en\/\">World Health Organization<\/a> report, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/hrh\/resources\/hwindia_health-obs16\/en\/\">&ldquo;The Health Workforce in India,&rdquo;<\/a> co-author University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> at M&#257;noa Assistant Professor <a href=\"http:\/\/manoa.hawaii.edu\/publichealth\/directory\/victoria-fan\"><strong>Victoria Y. Fan<\/strong><\/a> has brought attention to the level of education and medical qualifications of physicians and other healthcare providers in India.
