All campuses will be issuing two diplomas as a standard practice by the 2018&#8211;19 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;My thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/maui.hawaii.edu\/\">Maui College<\/a> Chancellor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/leadership\/lui-hokoana\/\"><strong>Lui Hokoana<\/strong><\/a> for raising this opportunity with the Council of Chancellors,&rdquo; said <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> President <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/leadership\/david-lassner\/\"><strong>David Lassner<\/strong><\/a>. &ldquo;All of our campus leaders strongly supported this new practice, an important step forward in our work to be a model indigenous-serving university.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The issuance of two <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> diplomas moves the University of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> closer to its goal of fostering and promoting the use of Hawaiian language at parity with English throughout the <abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> system,&rdquo; added <strong>Gail Mililani Makuak\u0101ne-Lundin<\/strong>, director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/hawaiipapaokeao\/\"><abbr>东精影业<\/abbr> Office of <span aria-label=\"Hawaii\">Hawai&#699;i<\/span> Papa O Ke Ao<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hawaiian language diplomas have been offered for an additional diploma fee. Under the new two-diploma practice, students will only be assessed the standard single-diploma fee by their respective campuses.
