For more information call (808) 956-2658.<\/p>\n<p>The event is presented by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hawaii.edu\/cpis\/\">Center for Pacific Islands Studies<\/a> and the <a href=\"http:\/\/ipll.manoa.hawaii.edu\/samoan\/\">Samoan language program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>About the film<\/h2>\n<p>S&#257;moa is an island of great natural beauty and has, over millennia, evolved a rich and distinguished culture. The mainstay of this culture, and the profusion of expressions emanating from it, is the natural environment. <\/p>\n<p>Samoans live in harmony with the natural resources that provide for their wellbeing.
