Strengthening Hawaiian Studies Access and Academic Quality

This project is focused on strengthening Hawaiʻi Community College’s ability to better serve the native Hawaiian community. Activities included increasing Hawaiʻi Community College presence in rural districts, developing curriculum, courses and resources that incorporated core principles and forming collaborations with campus wide programs to develop and offer new courses that embed Hawaiian culture into curriculum.
