The many resources available can sometimes be overwhelming. Advocates can assist with navigating the many options available and help to provide improved access to resources.

Advocacy is often considered a confidential resource. Before revealing any information, please make sure you understand the reporting obligations of the person you are speaking to.

Advocacy Offices can help you:

  • Navigate and access your rights and resources on and off campus
  • Decide whether you would like to report to the University
  • Decide whether you would like to report to local police
  • Obtain a Protective Order or Temporary Restraining Order (TRO)
