NAME OF EVENT: Taste of 惭腻苍辞补 Spring 2026 WHEN: February 25, 2026 WHERE: Campus Center Courtyard TIME: 4:00 PM-6:00 PM Join us for Taste of 惭腻苍辞补: Sodexo Showdown on February 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Campus Center Courtyard We鈥檙e bringing back this crowd-favorite event as the University of Hawai驶i at 惭腻苍辞补鈥檚 Sodexo teams go head-to-head in an ultimate culinary competition! Cast your vote for your favorite dish, and help decide who the winner will be. The winning team will be announced at the end of the event, so make sure to stay until the final reveal! And this semester鈥檚 twist? We鈥檙e going all green. Get ready for a flavorful showdown inspired by everything green! Plus, enjoy henna, temporary tattoos, and refreshing drinks sponsored by Campus Center Board. Menu Pork Dish: Guava Smoked Bacon BAP Sandwich & Baby Arugula Salad Vegan: Smoked Tofu Bacon BAP Sandwich & Arugula Salad Chicken Dish: Roasted Salsa Verde Chicken Wings with Cilantro Rice Vegan: Grilled Emerald Vegetables with Roasted Yukon Gold Potato, Asparagus, Green bell pepper and Zuchinni Beef Dish: Chimmichurri Carne Asada with green mashed potatoes Vegan: Tofu Poke on Green Rice Seafood Dish: Green Tea soba with butter poached yuzu kosho shrimp, wasabi, ginger, nori kami and tsuyu Vegan: Green tea soba with yuzu kosho, tofu, wasabi, nori kami and shiitake broth Dessert: Matcha Oreo Cheesecake Vegan: Matcha Cake This event is open to the public.
