PACE is hosting the UH William S. Richardson School of Law Entrepreneurship and Small Business Clinic at the Walter Dods Jr. RISE Center. The Clinic offers business law services, including business formation of limited liability companies and corporations, nonprofit formations, including assistance with the application for exempt status. Trademark applications, business contract preparation and review, website terms of use and privacy policies, and legal analysis of business law issues. The pro bono work performed will be under the supervision of Clinic Instructor Gregory Kim, a licensed attorney who specializes in business law.
