The Shidler College of Business invites you to attend the FREE Flores Real Estate Lecture on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 6:00鈥7:30 p.m. at the Moana Surfrider in Honolulu. This year鈥檚 featured speaker is Tracy Tonaki, president of D.R. Horton Hawai鈥榠. A licensed architect in the State of Hawai鈥榠 and a graduate of the University of Hawai鈥榠 at 惭腻苍辞补 School of Architecture, Tonaki joined D.R. Horton Hawai鈥榠 in 2003 and has played a key role in advancing the company鈥檚 mission and growth, including helping shape the vision and development of Ho鈥榦pili, the state鈥檚 largest active master-planned mixed-use community. In 2021, she became the first woman and the fourth leader in the company鈥檚 53-year history to serve as president of the Hawai鈥榠 division. The Flores Real Estate Lecture brings together industry professionals, alumni, students and community members for insights on current trends and leadership in Hawai鈥榠鈥檚 real estate and development sectors.
