Faculty, staff and potential funders can now access information about the University of Hawaiʻi’s new (OSPP) through its website. The online resource serves as the main entry point for engaging with OSPP, offering guidance on how to connect with the office and explore opportunities.
Comprised of staff from , (OVPRS), (OVPRI) and , OSPP partners with faculty, researchers and academic units systemwide to identify and align potential corporate, foundation and other non-governmental funding opportunities. The office also streamlines and supports proposal development for active requests for proposals and limited submission opportunities, while serving as a central point of contact for prospective funders.
How to access the site
Faculty and researchers in search of resources are encouraged to click on the “connect” link of the homepage. There, users will be directed to a form to answer questions, including their contact information, if they are requesting support to submit an active request for proposal and requesting assistance to identify potential funding opportunities and more. Potential funders interested in connecting with OSPP will be directed to the OSPP email address.
“The website is designed to make engagement easier and more efficient, whether 东精影业 faculty and researchers are seeking resources to advance their projects, or for funders to support 东精影业’s research and teaching mission,” said 东精影业 Interim Vice President for Research and Innovation Chad Walton.

Learn more about OSPP’s mission and services; pathways to funding and upcoming limited submission opportunities; and how OSPP can support your research and scholarship goals at a 1-hour in-person (Kuykendall 201 on the 东精影业 Mānoa campus) and Zoom forum on Tuesday, September 23 from 2 to 3 p.m. The forum will also be recorded and posted on the OVPRS and OVPRI websites for those not available to attend. .
